The Monsoon Suite
The Monsoon Suite can accommodate up to 100 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and a maximum of 150 guests for an Evening reception. The Monsoon Suite overlooks a private patio area with a water feature, ideal for your Reception Drinks and Photographs.
The Pavilion
Our new permanent Pavilion is in the grounds of Lazaat and enjoys use of 2 acres of landscape gardens. The Pavilion can accommodate up to 300 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 350 guests for an evening reception and yet can comfortably seat 80 – 160 guests for your wedding breakfast with the use of our partition system. The Pavilion is completely self contained with a bar, dance floor and its own toilets – making it exclusive for your wedding.
The Pavilion also overlooks the main garden with a lovely water feature.
Wedding menus and drinks packages
If you wish to alter any package we would be happy to advise and, of course, will gladly arrange suitable menus for those with special dietary requirements.
The drinks package should consist of a welcome drink, wine to accompany the meal and a glass of sparkling wine or champagne for the toast.
Children are very welcome and a special children’s menu and drinks package is available on request.
Children under 5 are free and children under 12 are half the adult price.
Please note that wedding cake or a chocolate fountain can not be used in place of a dessert for your guests.

Table plan
We recommend that you provide the place cards and table plans for your reception.
Please note we advise the table plan arrives at least 24 hours beforehand.
Cake Stand and Knife
We supply a round or square base cake stand with knife.
Informal Toast Master
A member of staff will be available to perform the duties of a toastmaster in an informal capacity.
Meet the team
Approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding at Lazaat we will invite you the ‘Bride and Groom’ to meet the team who will be looking after you on the day.
Entertainment
We are happy to offer suggestions and ideas! All discos and entertainment must provide Lazaat with up to date public liability insurance certificate and all equipment must be PAT tested.
Accommodation
The Lazaat hotel has 13 luxurious bedrooms offering outstanding facilities. Accommodation is priced at £99.00 per double or twin and £89.00 per single; all rates include Full Breakfast, Vat and Service. Extra beds can be added to a limited numbers of our rooms for a small supplement of £10.00p/p.
